1- Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Package

Place the item securely in its original packaging

Include your proof of purchase

Clearly write your RMA number on the package

Ship Your Return To:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

2- Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3- Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale items (FINAL SALE)

Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products

Items returned without an RMA number

4- Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@koreaskinmart.com.

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
